Experience
Ms. DuCaine joined the Public Law Group in 2007 after earning a Masters of Science in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also worked on complex anti-trust litigation for a large firm in Los Angeles. As a member of the employment and labor law practice group, she brings to the firm and its clients experience in government affairs, administrative law and policy analysis.
Related Experience
Prior to attending Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Ms. DuCaine served as a special assistant to San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. In law school she served as a Judicial Extern with both the Superior Court of California and the California Department of Justice in the Office of the Attorney General. She also clerked for the United States Postal Service in the Employment Law Department.
