Contract Litigation Position
We have an immediate opening for a Contract Employment Litigation Associate in our Sacramento office.
This position requires two (2) or more years of experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law. This position involves a mix of (1) employment litigation, administrative hearings, and arbitrations; (2) preventative counseling including discipline administration, compliance with leave laws, and review of personnel policies; and (3) training employer and employee groups on various employment topics. The successful candidate will have litigated cases under Title VII, ADA, FLSA, and FEHA and will have strong substantive knowledge in these areas. Excellent writing skills are essential.
